Our sister's and brother's do not have to suffer if we are successful in future and have completed qualifications.The mission of the School Academic Development Initiative is to teach high school learners academic writing,notes taking,teamwork,interpersonal skills,exam techniques and writing styles.Physical fitness will be used to balance their academics and social life to limit pregnancy at an ealry stage.Target group grade nine to eleven academic.
First time students at tertiary struggle with academics
as a results of, lack of sources of information at schools and not having
enough information that will assist them. It’s important to run an organisation
like this especially for learners in rural areas since they are more likely to
struggle with academics. This will make them aware of what is expected from
them. The initiative assist to develop knowledge and skills.This is a community engagement ,therefore we will
approach high schools from Soweto ,where we will be working
in as a team. To work as for School Academic Development Initiative is
voluntary, no one is paid.
Qualifications should not determine you as someone who completed the course but cannot bring change to the community.I once realize how important it is to think for the generation that is about to reach a step whereby academics are no longer the same as of primary level,A step where you need to fully commit yourself with studies.This opportunity need one to be focused and achieve goals.The organization is there to succour learners to develop more skills on academics and physical skills. SADI stands alone to prove to the community that it cares about learners progress.
Together we can successful win this and ensure that it is sustainable. Allow our sister's and brother's not to struggle with academics. #Conquerors of academics. Future begins here.
